                   The song is quite impressive from the point of view of the lyrics. Na.Muthukumar has infused a new sense of emotional upsurge in this song. The voice mingling from Ranina, Vijay Prakash and Boney is remarkable. Particularly Vijay excels in his portion with natural flair. The instrumentation is creative and experimental as well. Sathya is understood to have fulfilled the needs of the director.

                  It is always a feast to listen to the voice of Chinmayee whether it is melody of pep song. Her natural rendition in this song is obvious as the lyrics too are simple and catchy. Perhaps Sathya might have visualized the song much before the recording. Chinmayee does a neat execution as evident from her maturity. The instruments in this song are much different from the conventional and Sathya tries to implement a new dimension to melody.

                 This is the outcome of the combination from the directors – Saravanan and Sathya -. It is not surprising to note the music director himself coming out with a number. Sathya justifies his role as a singer and the lyrics are noteworthy for the ability of Saravanan. . Whether this could be treated as melody or item or pathetic, the song is ideally crafted by Sathya with his own voice. We must wait and see the movie to realize the choice.this is quote good to hear.

                      This item from Na.Muthukumar is unique with the love and romance coming to the terms on single row. The lines are quite interesting to listen and the voice of Madhushree is seducing us with magical tone. Though we have not got much numbers from Madhushree of late, this song reveals her challenge to find a place in the music world. Sathya has some reserved instruments for this song .                         A need for a sentimental tone and the message of the movie comes in the way of Saravanan’s philosophical lines. Sathya has tried his very best by using a lot of instruments to make this song a real attribute to the loss of love. Saravanan’s lyrics are realistic in approach and are direct to our heart. The film's music is scored by  debutant Music Director Prakash Nikki.
                        Maalai Mangum Neram – is the first song of the album  Ranina Reddy as the singer. The music with the combination of Thamarai's lyrics,  this might be a good melody to the album, by  debut music composer Prakash Nikki. The opening song infact sounds similar to 'Pudhu Vellai' song from Roja. 

                            The second song is Golimaare which is a typical gaana song. The attempt seems like a confused sound mixing effort from the music composer, with sounds jarring your ears!
                    Adiye Un Kangal is the third track from the Rowthiram album is a romantic duet number. The funny lyrics with Udit Narayan's voice describing the heroine  brings smile on the first hear. The song  bring some big impact on you. This makes u smile
                    Senganthal is the fourth song of the album. Another melodious romantic number from the album, with Haricharan's voice plays majore role in this song
                     The last is a Theme track with Bharathiyar's poem, suits with Sriram's voice.

Vandhan Vendran

            The film's music is composed by Music Director Thaman. The film's music rights has been bagged by Sony Music

            Anjana Anjana – Don’t get confused with Surya, Nayantara's duet song from 'Anjana Anjana' Aadhavan. This is also a romantic number with a tranquilizing effect. A calm and subdued song that is likeable on the first hear. With Aalap Raju's playback voice and the chorus, the songs lingers on your mind.

                 Kanchana Mala – is the second song from the album. The song oozes Kerala Malayali flavor. The interlude before the second stanza gives us the proof of it which might have been picturized on a beautiful Kerala background. The sounds & music are fast and gives us upbeat effect. With Kathik's voice the song stands out.
             Singers - Karthik, Priya Hemesh ; Lyrics – Thamarai

                 Anjo is the third song from the track of Vandhan Vendran. After a long time you get to hear Devan's voice in a fast paced cheerful number like this. The song is peppy, with a lot of drum beats and this song gives a flavor of being shot in a foreign locale.  

               Singers - Devan ; Lyrics – Kaarky
            Thirandhen Thirandhen – On hearing this fourth track of the album, we understand that Thaman has taken a melodious route to reach to his audience. The song though is sung by Shreya Goshal, Thaman has tried to bring a different voice altogether from the singer. Another romantic duet number, with a fast beat that reminds us of many other compositions.

          Mudivilla Mazhaiyodu is the last sound track of the album. This song from the rest of the songs of the album seems out of place. This fast paced number with Hariharan's voice, reminds you of Thiruda Thiruda's 'Veera pandi kottayile' song.

Veepam

            It's been a while since we've heard Joshua Sridhar's signature melodies, and in the lost time, he seems to have upped his skill several levels! The Veppam music album is a delightful mix of lilting melodies, and some quick beats.There is some expectation on the film because the film is produced by Mr.Gautham Menon.
                                  'Oru Devathai...' When the guitar strumming begins, you already know this track's going to stay on 'repeat' for a while. With Na. Muthukumar's lyrics, this song is easily one of the best in the album. Soulful music combined with beautiful lyrics come to life in the voices of Clinton and Swetha.
                      'Mazhai Varum...' comes in two versions – a solo by Suzanne and a solo by Naresh Iyer. This is one of those compositions that move the listener to another plane. It's the pining for a loved one by a lonely lover, and that feeling comes across wonderfully in Joshua's music. Suzanne's version is a tad happier than Naresh's, but in essence both renditions are brilliant and moving.
                      The pace picks up with 'Minnale Pudikire...' Benny Dayal's style of singing is very interesting. His accent and modulation adds character to this composition. The beats are familiar but put to use well, so we'll let that pass! Na. Muthukumar's philosophies in verse are interesting.

                     The Veppam album is a glorious way for the Photon Kathaas music label and from 'the jamming session' video that was aired at the music launch it is quite evident that Gautham Menon loves the music.
